Organizations are expected to respond increasingly flexibly and effectively to the ever-changing environment. Project-based creation, as developed by Kern Konsult, is a very good way to respond to this. In a temporary structure, flexible agreements on time, money and resources work flexibly to realize one or more concrete results.

Successful projects are characterized by the presence of commitment and creativity. Project-based creation is a solid foundation for every project or program. It offers a solid start and structure from which the employee concerned can make maximum use of his qualities. I have ample experience with this way of working. Marcel Pennings is lid van de ploeg van Beter Koersen en is een enthousiaste trainer en teamcoach die zich op zijn gemak voelt bij vraagstukken waarin samenwerken een grote rol speelt. Hij onderzoekt op positieve manier welke vorm van samenwerking al werkt en bouwt dat verder uit. Met zijn persoonlijke aanpak maakt Marcel zichtbaar wat gezien mag worden. Hij is afkomstig uit Arnhem, Gelderland, Nederland.

Marcel heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het coachen van vakinhoudelijke of technische teams. In zijn werk maakt hij graag gebruik van de kleurensystematiek van Insights Discovery.
